Division Web E-Mail has been activated

With the boards approval at the February Division Staff meeting, the division web site has been moved off of the National Auxiliary server to a commercial provider.  Among other benefits, this allows us to have a web based email system with up to 500 mail boxes.

These mail boxes are available to members of Division 2 via the Division 2 web site from any computer that has web access.

Once your account is added, your user id and password confirmation will be sent to you personal e-mail address as shown in Auxiliary E-Directory if any.  Members who do not have e-mail addresses will be contacted by telephone.  Please be sure to verify your address as shown in the Auxiliary E-Directory to help expedite the verification and setup process.

If your E-Directory listing is incorrect, please submit the Change of Member Information form 7028 to your FSO-IS.

To obtain one of these mail boxes, please complete and submit the form below:

Middle Initial

Personal Email Address: (must be as shown in AuxData)

Phone (required if no personal email address is provided)

Please specify a password for your webmail account (6-10 characters): 

 

E-mail from within the Division is currently routed to your personal e-mail account (Cox, AOL, Earthlink etc.),  In the case of Division/Flotilla Staff, this includes e-mail sent via links on this web site.  Please select a forwarding option:

Division web mail boxes are intended for Auxiliary related business.  Personal use is acceptable provided it is not used to transmit or receive "adult" materials, chain letters, advertisements, or other inappropriate/offensive materials.  Failure to comply will result in the removal of your mail box from this system.
